本刊系國家科委批準的學術性英文期刊(ISSN1007-4546)，由西北工業大學主辦并向國內外公開發行。設備工程與管理是一門綜合性的交叉學科，它的特點是以工為主，工管結合;以機為主，機電結合。并涉及到技術、經濟及管理等方面的相關內容。報導重點在于對各種設備的一生(從設計、制造、銷售、采購、安裝、高度、改造、更新以至報廢)通用技術經濟與管理的手段使設備的壽命周期費用最經濟、綜合效率最高。歡迎有關人員踴躍投稿。
