ARCHIVES OF ANIMAL NUTRITION期刊中文簡介

《動物營養檔案》是一本涵蓋動物營養的生物化學和生理基礎的國際期刊。重點放在蛋白質和氨基酸代謝、能量轉化、礦物質代謝、維生素代謝、營養對腸道和身體功能的影響等方面的原創性論文，并分別結合性能標準。介紹了近年來在實際動物飼養、飼料理論、飼料添加劑作用方式、飼料保鮮和飼料加工等方面的研究進展。該光譜涵蓋所有相關的動物物種，包括食物生產和同伴動物。很少能夠優先考慮涉及更多描述性研究的論文，即使這些論文可能是有趣的，在技術上是健全的，或對動物生產有影響，或僅對特定區域條件有關的主題。同行評審的聲明《動物營養檔案》是一本國際性、同行評議的期刊，發表高質量的原創研究成果。所有提交的稿件都要經過編輯的初步評估，如果發現適合進一步考慮，還要經過獨立的、匿名的專家評審。所有的同行評審都是單盲的，通過電子郵件提交給編輯Ortwin Simon教授，地址是osimon@zedat.fu-berlin.de。

Archives of Animal Nutrition is an international journal covering the biochemical and physiological basis of animal nutrition. Emphasis is laid on original papers on protein and amino acid metabolism, energy transformation, mineral metabolism, vitamin metabolism, nutritional effects on intestinal and body functions in combination with performance criteria, respectively. It furthermore deals with recent developments in practical animal feeding, feedstuff theory, mode of action of feed additives, feedstuff preservation and feedstuff processing. The spectrum covers all relevant animal species including food producing and companion animals. Seldom can priority be given to papers covering more descriptive studies, even if they may be interesting and technically sound or of impact for animal production, or for topics of relevance for only particular regional conditions.Peer Review Statement Archives of Animal Nutrition is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality, original research. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editors, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is single blind and submission is via email to the Editor, Professor Dr Ortwin Simon, at osimon@zedat.fu-berlin.de.
