《熒光雜志》是一個(gè)國(guó)際論壇，用于出版同行評(píng)審的原創(chuàng)文章，推進(jìn)這一既定光譜技術(shù)的實(shí)踐。所涉專題包括理論/和/或數(shù)據(jù)分析方面的進(jìn)展、對(duì)芳香分子的光物理、溶劑和環(huán)境影響的研究、研制固定或時(shí)間分辨的測(cè)量方法、熒光顯微鏡、成像、光波/恢復(fù)測(cè)量和/或細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究的磷光方面的進(jìn)展，化學(xué)生物學(xué)和熒光技術(shù)在流式細(xì)胞學(xué)/分析、免疫學(xué)、高通量篩選/藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)、dna序列/陣列、基因組學(xué)和蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)中的先進(jìn)應(yīng)用。典型的應(yīng)用可能包括研究大分子動(dòng)力學(xué)和構(gòu)象、細(xì)胞內(nèi)化學(xué)和基因表達(dá)。該期刊還發(fā)表了一些論文，描述了新型氟醚的合成和特性，特別是那些顯示出獨(dú)特的靈敏度和/或光學(xué)特性的化合物。除原創(chuàng)文章外，該期刊還出版評(píng)論、快速通訊、短訊、給編輯的信件、專題新聞文章、技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)筆記等。

Journal of Fluorescence is an international forum for the publication of peer-reviewed original articles that advance the practice of this established spectroscopic technique. Topics covered include advances in theory/and or data analysis, studies of the photophysics of aromatic molecules, solvent, and environmental effects, development of stationary or time-resolved measurements, advances in fluorescence microscopy, imaging, photobleaching/recovery measurements, and/or phosphorescence for studies of cell biology, chemical biology and the advanced uses of fluorescence in flow cytometry/analysis, immunology, high throughput screening/drug discovery, DNA sequencing/arrays, genomics and proteomics. Typical applications might include studies of macromolecular dynamics and conformation, intracellular chemistry, and gene expression. The journal also publishes papers that describe the synthesis and characterization of new fluorophores, particularly those displaying unique sensitivities and/or optical properties. In addition to original articles, the Journal also publishes reviews, rapid communications, short communications, letters to the editor, topical news articles, and technical and design notes.
